Was contacted by a Lila Jessen from Shelley. The family wanted to place a marker between the headstones of Jay Waters and Edwin Hill for a Lori Jean Waters Figueroa (30 May 1962 to 12 July 2020). I believe that she died in Salt Lake City and was cremated. No remains will be buried in our cemetery. This marker is a memory stone only. Blair Moncur 10 Sep 2020
